Yes, absolutely. Our quest rooms are designed with complete darkness as a core feature. No light sources are provided, creating authentic sensory deprivation. However, safety lighting can be activated instantly in case of emergency, and our staff monitors all rooms continuously.
All participants must be 16 years or older. For ages 16-17, parental consent is required. Our experiences contain intense psychological horror, sudden scares, and disturbing themes not suitable for younger audiences. We strictly enforce these age limits for everyone's safety and enjoyment.
We do not recommend our experiences for individuals with heart conditions, epilepsy, respiratory issues, pregnancy, or severe anxiety disorders. The intense nature of our quests, combined with complete darkness and sudden scares, can trigger serious health reactions. Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
Absolutely. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. Each room has emergency call buttons that immediately summon staff who will guide you out using safety lighting. There's no shame in leaving early - these experiences are designed to push boundaries, and everyone has different limits.
Most quests accommodate groups of 2-6 participants. We recommend experiencing these adventures with friends as shared fear creates stronger bonds. Solo bookings are available for "The Lighthouse Keeper" quest only. Larger corporate groups can book multiple simultaneous sessions.
Wear comfortable, casual clothing that you don't mind getting slightly dusty. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory for safety. Avoid loose jewelry or accessories that might catch on props. We provide secure lockers for personal belongings including phones, which are not permitted inside quest rooms.
